From there, proceed to the Transactions section. Here, you’ll find the keyword “expire.” If the term “expired” is followed by a numerical value (e.g., EXPIRED(1)), it indicates that the fee has expired. However, if there is no accompanying number, your fee remains valid.
Verifying HESLB Return
Once fee expiry has been confirmed, the next concern is to determine if the funds have been returned to the HESLB. Begin by logging into your SIPA account and navigating to the SIPA section. From there, proceed to the Payment section, where you’ll find a search feature. Enter the relevant academic year, such as 2023/2024, and click on the search button. You’ll then be presented with payments that have been made and prepared. Ignore other details and focus specifically on TU (Tuition Fee). Look for the term “TU” accompanied by the letter R, denoting “Return” (TU(R)). This indicator may appear in red or black font. If you do not see the letter R, it’s advisable to wait for further announcements from the ministry regarding next steps for those who haven’t observed the indicator.
