- Step 2: Receiving Registration Forms
After confirming your selection, you’ll receive the necessary registration forms. These include your admission letter, which also contains a medical examination form and a parental guide. These forms must be printed. After printing the student is to fill in all required information accurately.
- Step 3: Medical Examination
One of the pivotal steps in the registration process is undergoing a medical examination, this is done in any recognized hospital and the doctor will fill the medical examination form mentioned in step 2 which is required for admission, and student’s the health and well-being awareness.
- Step 4: Scanning and Online Submission of the Forms
After completing the medical examination and filling out the forms, it’s time to scan these documents. Once scanned, they must be uploaded and sent to IFM through your account. It’s essential to retain the printed forms as well.
- Step 5: Physical Submission
The final and equally crucial step is the physical submission of your documents to IFM registration office. The main campus, located in Dar es Salaam City Centre on Shaaban Robert Street, is where you’ll submit your documents. You can ask for assistance from auxiliary staff to locate the function hall, where you will submit your forms.

After both online and physical submission of the forms, the verification process will take place checking the similarity and accuracy of forms submitted. After verification you will be now required to log in into your account to see all the payment your required to pay on that specific academic year.
